Press Release
It is with great pleasure that we announce that JMS Consultants has been acquired by OPTIS Europe Ltd.
OPTIS Europe Ltd (OEL), an Operations Management Consultancy, has been working alongside JMS Consultants for the past 5 years; successfully delivering training on its behalf in the specialist field of gas hazards and gas detection.
JMS will continue to trade under the same banner with John Sonley remaining within the Company.
Jeff Regan - Managing Director of OPTIS Europe Ltd:
"OEL and JMS Consultants have been working closely together over the past 5 years with a vision that we would gradually move towards this point.
As a recognised ISO 9001:2000 accredited organisation OEL will extend it's commitment to maintaining the high standards that JMS Consultants has achieved over the past 19 years of trading.
Our prority, as always, is to our Clients and in the provision of technical excellence, industry best practice and customer satisfaction."
John Sonley - Senior Partner of JMS Consultants:
"The past 5 years has seen the business of JMS Consultants grow at an almost meteoric rate, largely as a result of the synergy of our two companies working together.
With a current order book I describe as 'embarrassingly full', we now need the resources of a larger company to expand still further into exciting new areas of training and assessment.
I am therefore delighted to join Jeff and his team, as together we develop our specialist skills even further into the oil, gas, petrochemical, shipping and power generations industries."
